Can I Get Accurate Measurements with Previous Surveys and Scale Constraints?

Today’s question is about drone surveying. Is it possible to create an accurate drone model using previous surveys and scale constraints?

Our caller, Elan from Trinidad has come up with an interesting question today. Elan is wondering if data from previous surveys and scale constraints can be used to get accurate measurements. Can Elan do away with GCP’s altogether by adopting this approach? And, what if traditional survey data is erroneous?
